About This Project
Inspired by the Muscatese cooling window and the Zeer Pot, the Low Tech Air Conditioning uses the effect of evaporative cooling to lower the temperature in a room. Infused water can run from one clay module to another, filling a reservoir in each module. By using the capillary effect, the modules become saturated with water. Combined with natural air circulation and warm temperatures, the water evaporates, cooling down the temperature in the room.
